Founder Reservation
A $10 reservation secures your place in the first VION production run and grants access to exclusive Founder Pricing.
Your reservation fee will be credited toward your future purchase and is not an additional charge.
Reservation Fee & Refund Policy
If VION Does Not Deliver
If VION is unable to manufacture, launch, or deliver the product, your $10 reservation fee will be refunded in full.
If You Choose Not To Proceed
Once VION is available and we invite you to activate your subscription, you may choose not to continue.
In this case, your Founder Reservation will be cancelled and your place in the production run will be released.
As your reservation has fulfilled its purpose of securing your Founder place and allocating inventory, the $10 reservation fee is non-refundable.
When VION Delivers
Once VION is available for purchase and we notify you that your reserved product is ready to order, the reservation fee becomes non-refundable.
Your reservation has fulfilled its purpose of securing your place in the Founder Program and allocating inventory for your order.
Reservation Fee Credit
If you proceed with your purchase, your $10 reservation fee will be credited toward your first subscription payment.
Subscription Activation
Your subscription does not begin when you reserve your place.
Billing will only begin once your VION Smart Hub has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
This allows you to secure your place today without paying monthly subscription fees while the product is being manufactured and prepared for delivery.
Pre-Launch Communication
As a Founding Member, you will receive:
Immediate reservation confirmation
Product and development updates
A reminder email at least 30 days before billing begins
Final confirmation before your first payment is processed

VION Standard
€69 EUR / $89 USD per month
VION Premium
€89 EUR / $129 USD per month
Founder Pricing is available only to customers who reserve during the pre-sale period.
Founder Pricing will remain locked for the agreed introductory period following launch.
Shipping
Shipping is included for Founding Members.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at launch.
Device Inclusion
The VION Smart Hub is included at no upfront cost with Standard and Premium subscriptions.
To receive the device at no charge, customers agree to a minimum subscription commitment of six (6) months.
Early Cancellation
If a Standard or Premium subscription is cancelled before the completion of the six-month minimum commitment period, a device recovery fee will apply.
Device Recovery Fee

This fee reflects the retail value of the VION Smart Hub provided at the start of the subscription.

Founder Access includes:
Priority access to the first production run
Founder Pricing
Product updates and launch communication
Early access opportunities where available
VION reserves the right to close Founder Access once capacity for the first production run has been reached.
