Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies specifically to purchase options offered by VION through www.vionnutrition.com, including (currently) pre-orders and (in the future) any subscription, recurring delivery or auto-refill plan we may introduce.
This Policy is a focused summary of your cancellation rights for purchase options. The complete refund and return framework is in our Return and Refund Policy, which prevails in case of conflict.
1. What is a purchase option
A "purchase option" is a way to buy that differs from the standard "buy-now, ship-now" model. The purchase options currently offered by VION are:
• Pre-orders — orders placed before the commercial release of the product, with shipment expected during the Q4 2026 window or any extension permitted under our Return and Refund Policy.
If we introduce subscriptions or auto-refills in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly and you will be notified of any material change at least 30 days before it takes effect.
2. Pre-order cancellation — before shipment
You may cancel any pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched, free of charge and for any reason.
How to cancel
Send an email to info@vionnutrition.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include:
• Your order number;
• The wording "Cancel pre-order" in the subject line.
We will confirm cancellation by email within 5 business days.
Refund timing
We will issue a full refund of the amount paid, including any shipping fees charged at checkout, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Right preserved at all times
This pre-shipment cancellation right is fully preserved during the entire pre-order phase, including any extension under Section 3 below. It is in addition to, and independent of, your statutory right of withdrawal once the product is delivered (see Section 4).
3. Pre-order delay — Q4 2026 + 3-month grace period
If we are unable to ship your pre-order before 31 December 2026, an automatic 3-month grace period will apply (i.e. up to 31 March 2027). We will notify you by email at the start of any such delay, explaining the cause and the new estimated ship-by date.
If, at the end of the grace period (31 March 2027), your order has still not been shipped, we will email you with two options:
Option A — Full refund Receive a full refund of the amount paid, including any shipping fees, processed within fourteen (14) business days of your request to your original payment method.
Option B — Continue waiting Wait until the new shipping window we communicate to you. By choosing Option B you do not waive any right — you may switch to Option A at any later moment by emailing info@vionnutrition.com, until your order has been dispatched.
What if you do not respond?
If you do not respond within 30 calendar days of our notice, you will be deemed to have chosen Option B (continue waiting). This default is intended to avoid unilateral cancellation of customers who wish to keep their pre-order.
You retain the right to request a full refund at any time afterwards, until your order is dispatched, by emailing info@vionnutrition.com.
4. Withdrawal after delivery (EU / EEA / UK consumers)
Once your order is delivered, separate withdrawal rights apply under EU consumer law: a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product, with statutory exceptions for opened consumables and personalised items.
These post-delivery rights are detailed in Section 4 of our Return and Refund Policy. They are independent of, and additional to, the pre-shipment cancellation right described in Section 2 above.
5. Future subscriptions and auto-refills
If, in the future, VION offers a subscription or auto-refill option for capsules or accessories, this Policy will be amended to describe:
• How to start, pause, modify and end the subscription;
• The notice period required for cancellation;
• How charges are processed and stopped;
• Refund rules for shipments already in process.
We commit that any subscription will be cancellable at any time, with effect from the next billing cycle, and that you will not be locked into a long-term commitment without your express, informed consent.
6. Force majeure
If shipment of your pre-order is affected by force majeure (events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government action, regulatory changes, fundamental supplier failure or transport infrastructure collapse), the timelines in this Policy may be extended for the duration of the force majeure event. Your right to a full refund is preserved at all times. Detail in Return and Refund Policy Section 6.6.
7. No waiver of statutory rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits, excludes or modifies the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). Where any provision of this Policy is more restrictive than such mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
