Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how DAILYHEALTH SL (operating the brand "VION", "we", "us") prepares and ships orders placed through www.vionnutrition.com. It forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms of Service and our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Pre-order shipping (Q4 2026)

The current sale of VION products is a pre-order. The estimated shipping window for all pre-orders placed during the pre-order phase is Q4 2026 (October – December 2026).

You will receive:

1.  An order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

2.  Periodic milestone updates about the production and certification process by email.

3.  A shipment notification email with tracking when your unit leaves the warehouse, in Q4 2026 or during any extension permitted by our Return and Refund Policy.

If we cannot ship during Q4 2026, an automatic 3-month grace period will apply (i.e. up to 31 March 2027), and at the end of that period you may choose between a full refund or continuing to wait. Full detail is in Section 6 of our Return and Refund Policy.

Order processing time stated in this Policy refers to the post-launch steady state, not to the pre-order window.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

   European Union and EEA (all 27 EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway).

   United Kingdom (Great Britain and Northern Ireland).

   Switzerland.

   United States (50 states + Washington D.C.; selected territories on request).

   Canada.

   Australia and New Zealand.

If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us at info@vionnutrition.com — we may be able to organise a shipment on a case-by-case basis, subject to local regulation, customs and feasibility.

3. Restricted destinations and addresses

For operational, legal, regulatory or carrier reasons, we cannot ship to:

   Countries currently subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions imposed on Spain or the European Union.

   PO Boxes, parcel lockers and packstations for orders containing the VION smart Device or the at-home Blood Test kit (capsule-only refills may be eligible — case by case).

   US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — please contact us before ordering.

   Some remote islands and overseas territories where carrier coverage is limited or surcharges are excessive (we will inform you before charging the order).

   Hotels, hostels, freight-forwarders and similar transient addresses, unless previously agreed with our customer team.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not meet the destination requirements, in accordance with Section 8.1 of our Terms of Service.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

   Your destination address;

   The weight, dimensions and value of the items;

   The shipping service you select (standard, express, etc.);

   Any active promotion or free-shipping threshold.

The total — including shipping — is displayed before you confirm the order, in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 60 TRLGDCU and equivalent provisions). Shipping fees include any handling and packaging charges and are non-refundable in cases other than statutory withdrawal, defect or non-conformity (see Return and Refund Policy).

We may, from time to time, offer free or reduced shipping under specific conditions (minimum order value, promotional periods, geography). Such offers are governed by their specific terms and apply only while active.

5. Order processing time (post-launch)

Once we are out of the pre-order phase and the product is in steady-state availability, we aim to:

   Process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

   Send a shipment notification email with the tracking number on dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays in Spain or during sale spikes (Black Friday, end-of-year, product launches) may take an extra business day to process.

We do not process or ship on Spanish national or A Coruña local public holidays.

6. Estimated transit times (post-launch)

The estimates below are provided by our carriers for steady-state shipping. They are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance and force majeure may extend these windows.

If your order has not arrived after the upper end of the estimated window plus 5 business days, contact info@vionnutrition.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

7. Carriers and services

We work with reputable international carriers. Depending on your destination and the size of your order, your parcel may be handled by carriers such as DHL Express, GLS, UPS, FedEx, Correos / Correos Express, MRW, Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post and their local delivery partners. The exact carrier used for your shipment is shown in your shipment confirmation email.

We may switch carrier without notice for operational reasons, provided the service level you paid for is maintained.

8. Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you receive an email with:

   The carrier name;

   The tracking number;

   A link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can also see tracking from your VION account on the website. Tracking information is updated by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to display the first event after dispatch.

For privacy and security reasons, we do not provide tracking information to anyone other than the buyer or the named recipient at the shipping address.

9. Customs, duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union and EEA (e.g. United Kingdom post-Brexit, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia), the parcel may be subject to:

   Customs duties;

   Import VAT or sales tax;

   Brokerage / clearance fees;

   Other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the price displayed at checkout and are payable by the recipient on delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We provide accurate customs declarations (commercial invoice, harmonised codes, country of origin) on every parcel.

If a parcel is abandoned at customs because of unpaid duties or refused clearance, the parcel may be returned to us or destroyed by the carrier. In that case, the order is treated as a refused delivery (Section 13) and any non-recoverable carrier or destruction costs may be deducted from the refund.

10. Delivery — what to expect

The carrier will attempt to deliver to the address you provided. Most carriers require a signature on first attempt for the VION smart Device and the Blood Test kit. Capsule-only orders may be left at the door or in a safe place where local carrier policy permits.

For your safety and convenience, you may be offered options by the carrier such as: rescheduling delivery, redirecting to a pick-up point, or leaving with a neighbour. Use of these options is at your discretion and risk; we are not responsible for parcels delivered as you instructed the carrier.

11. Failed delivery and storage

If the carrier cannot deliver after the standard number of attempts, the parcel is typically held at a local depot or pick-up point for 5 to 14 calendar days (depending on carrier and country). After that period, the parcel is returned to us.

If a parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, you can choose to:

   Reship the parcel — additional shipping fees may apply;

   Cancel the order — we will refund the product price; the original outbound shipping fee and any return-to-sender fees are not refundable, in accordance with applicable law.

12. Refused delivery

If you refuse delivery without a defect or non-conformity reason, the parcel will be returned to us. We will refund the product price; the outbound shipping fee, return-to-sender fees and any restocking cost actually incurred may be deducted, except where you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal under Section 4 of the Return and Refund Policy.

If the parcel is refused because of visible damage upon receipt or because the carrier asks you to acknowledge a damaged delivery, we treat the case as a defective delivery — see Section 16 below and Return Policy Section 9.

13. Address changes

You may request an address change before dispatch. Email info@vionnutrition.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. We will do our best to update the order, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been picked or dispatched.

After dispatch, address changes depend on the carrier's redelivery options and may incur a fee charged by the carrier.

14. Risk of loss

Risk of loss and damage passes to you as follows:

   EU / EEA / UK consumers: when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. This is consistent with Article 20 of Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 66bis TRLGDCU and equivalent UK provisions.

   Other customers: when the carrier takes possession of the parcel from us, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

This Section is consistent with Section 9 of our Terms of Service.

15. Lost shipments

A shipment is generally considered "lost" when:

   Tracking has not updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) past the last scan, or

   The carrier has formally declared it lost after an investigation.

If you believe your shipment is lost, contact info@vionnutrition.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, will either:

   Send you a replacement order at no additional cost, or

   Issue a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

Where the loss is attributable to an incorrect address you provided or an instruction you gave to the carrier, we may not be able to send a replacement at no charge.

16. Damaged or non-conforming shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

   Take photographs of the outer packaging and any damaged contents before opening / unpacking further.

   If the carrier requires a signature, you may sign with reservation noting the damage.

   Notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt at info@vionnutrition.com, including photos, batch numbers (if applicable) and your order number.

We will, at your option and in line with the law, replace the affected items free of charge or refund their value. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is paid by VION (we will provide a prepaid return label or alternative arrangement). Detail in Section 9.4 of our Return and Refund Policy.

17. Temperature-sensitive items — Blood Test kit

The at-home Blood Test kit included in the VION VIP plan is sensitive to extreme temperatures. We ship it in protective packaging and recommend that:

   You collect it from the carrier promptly;

   You keep it indoors at room temperature until use;

   You do not leave it in a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight for extended periods;

   You take the sample and return it to the partner laboratory within the timeframe stated in the kit instructions.

If you reasonably believe that the kit has been exposed to extreme temperatures during transit (e.g. parcel left in heat for hours, visible packaging damage), do not use it and contact info@vionnutrition.com — we will replace it under Section 16.

Capsules and cartridges are stable at normal room temperature within the storage range printed on the packaging. Avoid prolonged exposure above 25 °C / 77 °F or below 0 °C / 32 °F.

18. Multiple shipments / split orders

To get your order to you faster, we may split it into multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

19. Multiple delivery addresses

A single order ships to one delivery address. If you need to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

20. Sanctions and prohibited destinations

We comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws of Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. We will not ship to any individual or address where doing so would violate such laws. If we identify such a case after order, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid in full.

21. Returns shipping

If you wish to return a product, refer to Section 7 of our Return and Refund Policy for the step-by-step procedure, the Return Authorisation (RA) requirement, the return address (which may differ from our registered office) and who pays for return shipping (typically the customer for withdrawals; VION for defects).

Returns shipped without a Return Authorisation number will not be accepted.
