The founder terms, in plain words.

A founder place is a pre-order. It reserves one VION dispenser from the first production batch and includes your first three-month supply of cartridges. It is not an investment, it does not give you any share in the company, and it grants no right over VION beyond the delivery of the product described here.

€249 is charged in full at the moment you complete the purchase, VAT included. Nothing else is charged before your device is ready to ship. Founder places are currently available to addresses in Spain and the European Union; delivery within Spain is included, and shipping elsewhere in the EU is quoted before you confirm your address.

Under Spanish and EU distance-selling law you may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, and we refund you in full within fourteen days of being told. Beyond that period we extend the right ourselves: you may cancel at any time until the day your device leaves the factory and receive the full €249 back. After the device has shipped, the ordinary returns policy applies.

We expect to ship founder units during 2027. Hardware dates move, and if ours does you hear it first and in writing, with the reason. You keep the €249 price you agreed. If we have not shipped by 31 December 2027, you may cancel for a full refund, and we will also refund automatically anyone who has not told us otherwise.

Founder payments are held in a separate account and are not used for general operating expenses before tooling begins. If the first production batch does not go ahead, every founder is refunded in full and automatically. We will publish the reason.

Your first three months of cartridges are included. From your first refill you keep founder pricing for twelve months. The founder price of each cartridge is shown in your account before any charge and cannot be raised during that year.

Refills renew only if you have an active plan, and never without an email at least seven days before. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not affect the device you already own.

VION is a food supplement system. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing in the product or the app replaces a healthcare professional. Dosing follows the questionnaire and the data you connect; you decide whether to take any dose.

Your health data belongs to you. It is processed to build your plan, is never sold, and can be exported or deleted from your account at any time. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in force when you bought is the one that binds your order, and it is emailed to you at purchase. These terms are governed by Spanish law. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
