What exactly am I paying for today?+
A founder place: the device from the first production batch, your first three months of cartridges, and founder pricing on refills for a year. You pay €249 today and nothing else until your device ships.
When will the device actually ship?+
2027. Tooling and hardware optimisation run through 2026; the first units built are the founder units, and they leave before anything goes on open sale.
What happens if it is delayed?+
Hardware dates move. If ours does, you hear it first and in writing, you still pay the €249 you agreed, and your purchase stays refundable until the day your device ships.
Is the €10 reservation really refundable?+
Yes. It is credited toward your order and refundable at any time before shipping, with no reason needed.
Do I need a smartwatch to use VION?+
No. VION works from your questionnaire alone. A wearable makes the daily adjustments finer, but it is never required.
What is not ready yet?+

Can I change my formulas later?+
Yes. CORE stays for at least 21 days before anything changes, BOOST is short and has an end date, and ADAPT comes and goes with your markers. You confirm every dose in the app.
Is my health data protected?+
Yes. Your data is processed under the GDPR, is never sold, and is used only to build your formula. You can export or delete it from your account at any time.
