We aim to acknowledge any inquiry within 5 business days and to resolve it within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Customer service hours

Our customer service operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 CET / CEST, excluding public holidays in Spain and in the autonomous community of Galicia.

Inquiries received outside these hours are answered the next business day.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint:

1.  Email us first at admin@vionnutrition.com — most cases are resolved at this stage.

2.  EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: [https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

3.  Spanish consumers may submit a dispute to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo where applicable.

4.  Data-protection complaints may be submitted directly to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at [www.aepd.es](https://www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.

Authorised representatives

DAILYHEALTH SL is established in Spain. We do not currently use an EU-wide representative under Article 27 GDPR (not required for an EU-established controller) or a UK representative under UK GDPR Article 27 (to be confirmed if cross-border activity into the UK exceeds applicable thresholds — pending legal review).
