What exactly is the $10 reservation?
A reservation that secures your founding member place — limited spots only. The $10 is credited toward your first purchase when you choose your plan. It exists because demand is high and spots are genuinely limited.
When do I receive my device?
First devices ship Q4 2026 to founding members in order of reservation. We ship across the US and Spain.
When do I choose my plan?
Around one month before your device ships, we'll reach out with your plan options — Standard or Premium — so you can choose what works best for you. Nothing more is required until then.
What happens if I change my mind?
Your subscription only begins when your device ships. If you need to cancel before then, contact us and we'll sort it out. No hidden charges, no surprises.
