- 3 EARLY 2027 Your baseline is ready and we build your first plan, then tell you which six cartridges you are getting and why.
- 4 2027 Your device ships, before anyone outside the first batch. You confirm the address a month before.

We would rather lose a founder than hold money from someone who changed their mind. These are the four ways your €249 comes back, written before you have to ask for it.
Your first three months of cartridges are included in the €249. After that, refills run at founder pricing for a full year, with no minimum term and cancellable at any time from your account. Nothing renews without an email first.
